Naser Aјdari was born in March 10th , 1960 in Skopje. He finished elementary and secondary school in Skopje and he graduated at the Faculty of Law in Skopje, in 1986. He passed the State Bar Exam in Skopje in 1993.
In 1989 he started working as a clerk in the Primary Court Skopje 1 – Skopje, where he worked until 1993. From 1996 till 1997 he worked as an Advisor at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. Since 1997 he worked as Secretary of the Municipality of Arachinovo till 2001 when he started working in the Ministry of Justice as State advisor until 2008. From August 2008 till September 2010 he was elected for the Member of the Council of the Public prosecutors of the Republic of Macedonia and afterwards he was elected for the Deputy President of this institution up to 2010. Since 2011 he worked as a Public Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Macedonia until 2013 when he was elected for the State Attorney of the Republic of Macedonia.
For a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia he was elected on 5th of March, 2018.
