A submission filed electronically for the review of:
- the constitutionality of a law,
- the constitutionality and legality of another regulation or collective agreement,
- the programme and statute of a political party or association of citizens,
pursuant to Article 23 of the Act of the Constitutional Court, must include:
- the designation of the law, regulation or other general act, or specific provisions thereof, being contested,
- the grounds for contesting them,
- the provisions of the Constitution or the law alleged to be violated by the act,
- the name and address, or the name and registered office of the submitter of the initiative,
- the signature of the submitter of the initiative or the authorised representative, along with the official seal.
NOTE:
All submissions delivered electronically must be either signed manually and scanned, or signed using an electronic signature.
If the submission is made through an authorised representative, the power of attorney must also be submitted either as a manually signed and scanned document or bearing an electronic signature.
