Joint Amicus Curiae Opinion of the Venice Commission and the Directorate General for Democracy and Human Dignity on International and European Standards Regarding the Use of Minority Languages in Public Life and Judicial Proceedings

At the request of the Constitutional Court, and in relation to the cases challenging provisions of the Law on the Use of Languages, the Venice Commission and the Directorate General for Democracy and Human Dignity provided an amicus curiae brief, i.e. a so-called “friendly” opinion.
