With a view to enhancing inter-institutional cooperation and deepening professional dialogue on constitutional and legal matters, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors “Pavel Shatev” will hold a formal ceremony tomorrow, 17 February 2026, on the occasion of the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The Memorandum is concluded with the aim of establishing and strengthening cooperation, enabling the exchange of knowledge and experience, and reinforcing institutional capacities. Through this document, the two institutions reaffirm their commitment to advancing professional education and enhancing understanding of the constitutional framework, the protection of constitutionality and legality, and the development of modern institutional standards.
Furthermore, it affirms their shared commitment to continuous professional cooperation and to the advancement of constitutional and legal institutional matters of significance to the legal order and the democratic development of the State.
