Presentation of a Functional Analysis for the Enhancement and Management of Work Organisation Processes at the Constitutional Court

A round-table discussion entitled “Enhancing the Functioning of the Constitutional Court through Improved Internal Organisation, Court Management and Case Management, as well as Staff Evaluation and Training” was held at the Constitutional Court.

The event focused on the presentation of the Functional Analysis and on continuous professional training of staff as key instruments for improving efficiency, transparency and quality in the work of the Constitutional Court.

The engaged experts presented the main findings of the Functional Analysis, which serve as a basis for identifying priority areas for improving internal organisation, court management and the case management system, as well as for planning future activities related to human resources development.

Through a professional analysis of the existing organisational and management processes, opportunities were identified for further strengthening institutional capacities and improving the overall efficiency of the Court.

The round table was organised within the framework of the cooperation between the Constitutional Court and a project funded by the European Union under the IPA programme, which provides expert and technical assistance aimed at strengthening the capacities of judicial institutions and advancing the rule of law in the Republic of North Macedonia.
