Pursuant to Article 4 of the Rules on Electronic Submission of Documents to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia, the electronic submission of documents shall be carried out by contacting the administrative officer – archivist, Djana Popov, at the following email address:
INFORMATION:
The date of receipt of a document submitted electronically shall be considered as the date on which it was delivered to the Constitutional Court.
For each document (initiative, request for the protection of freedoms and rights, or proposal for the resolution of a conflict of competence) submitted electronically to the Constitutional Court, the submitters shall be notified by electronic means that the documents have been received and duly registered in the Archive of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia.
