Biography


Born on 10 March 1960 in Skopje. He completed his primary and secondary education in Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Skopje in 1986 and passed the Bar Examination on 6 April 1993.

In 1989, he commenced employment as a legal trainee at the Basic Court Skopje 1 – Skopje, where he remained until 1993. From 1996 to 1997, he served as an advisor at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. From 1997 until 2001, he held the position of Secretary in the Municipality of Arachinovo. In 2001, he joined the Ministry of Justice as a State Advisor, a post he held until 2008.
He was elected as a member of the Council of Public Prosecutors on 1 August 2008, serving until 7 September 2010, when he was appointed Deputy President of the Council of Public Prosecutors of the Republic of Macedonia. From 2011 to 2013, he served as a Public Prosecutor in the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Macedonia. In 2013, he was appointed as the State Attorney of the Republic of Macedonia.

He was elected to the position of Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia on 5 March 2018.
