The Constitutional Court has received support from the OSCE Mission to Skopje for activities aimed at increasing the Court’s transparency and openness, including through the live streaming of court sessions. “The OSCE Mission to Skopje supports the work of the Constitutional Court towards greater openness and transparency, including through the live streaming of court sessions.
These steps help citizens better understand how decisions are made and contribute to greater confidence in the justice system.
‘Opening the Court to the public through the live streaming of court sessions is an important step towards greater transparency, accountability and citizens’ confidence in justice,’ said the Head of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, Kilian Wahl.
Through its continued support and cooperation, the Mission is helping to turn standards into genuine protection for people,” the Mission stated in its announcement.
