Staff of the Constitutional Court Service Participate in Training on Strategic Planning and Human Resource Management

Members of the service of the Constitutional Court took part in training focused on strategic planning, human resource management, the role of staffing capacity, and evaluation, supported by the EU IPA III Project.

The training was aimed at enhancing institutional planning, improving organisational processes, and strengthening the system for appraisal and professional development of administrative staff. Particular emphasis was placed on the practical application of strategic management tools and the clear definition of responsibilities and performance standards.

The project experts engaged for this activity included Mr Karsten Manke, Team Leader of the EU Project; Ms Pepa Laleva, Senior Legal Expert; and Ms Margarita Tsatsa Nikolovska, former judge in Strasbourg. They provide professional support in the areas of organisational development, human resource management, and the establishment of effective evaluation mechanisms.

Court staff participated in the preparation of presentations and interactive practical sessions, as well as in the drafting of concise action plans containing specific guidance for improving certain aspects of the Court’s functioning.

This activity contributes to the further strengthening of professionalism, efficiency, and the institutional capacity of the Constitutional Court’s service.

The training was held on 10 February 2026 in Skopje.
