Solemn hearing of the European Court of Human Rights

Ms. Natasha Gaber-Damjanovska and Mr. Ismail Darlistha, judges of the
Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia attended the formal opening
of the European Court of Human Rights judicial year that took place on Friday,
28 January 2011. On this occasion a seminar was held on the topic “What are the
limits to the evolutive interpretation of the Convention?”.
At the solemn hearing, the President of the ECHT Jean Paul Costa and Antonio
Guterres, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, addressed the
audience.
