Participation at the Second Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice (16-18 January, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

Delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia, headed by
the President Mr. Branko Naumoski, participates at the Second Congress of the
World Conference on Constitutional Justice that is taking place in Rio de
Janeiro, Brazil from 16-18 January 2011.

The Congress is organised by the Federal Supreme Court of Brazil and
the Venice Commission, and the topic is: “Separation of Powers and Independence
of Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Bodies”. In addition, during the
Congress the Draft Statute od the World Conference of Constitutional Justice
will also be discussed, which provides for the establishment of the World
Conference as a permanent body.
