IV Annual Meeting Agenda

12-15 November, 2026 | Ohrid, North Macedonia

The Annual Meeting is scheduled to take place from 12 to 15 November 2026 in Ohrid, widely known as the pearl of the Republic of North Macedonia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The International Conference, entitled “Contemporary Challenges to the Rule of Law:
The Role of Constitutional Courts”
will provide a distinguished academic and judicial forum for the exchange of views and scholarly reflections on matters of contemporary constitutional relevance. Discussions will address, inter alia, issues of particular legal significance, including the independence of constitutional courts, the enforcement of their decisions, the protection of constitutional rights in the era of digitalisation, as well as climate change and the human rights of future generations.
