President of the Constitutional Court, Kostadinovski LLD, on a Two-Day Visit to Athens

The President of the Constitutional Court, Darko Kostadinovski LLD, is on a two-day working visit to Athens, aimed at holding meetings with representatives of the highest judicial institutions in the Hellenic Republic.

As part of the visit, President Kostadinovski is accompanied by the President of the Judicial Council, Aleksandar Kambovski, and the President of the Supreme Court, Afrim Fidani. According to the agenda, they are scheduled to meet with the presidents and representatives of the Supreme Court, the Council of State, and the Court of Audit of the Hellenic Republic.

The visit is intended to continue the dialogue, advance inter-institutional cooperation, and facilitate the exchange of experiences and information in the field of the rule of law, with the ultimate goal of strengthening legal certainty.

The visit is taking place from 1 to 3 April at the invitation of Sotirios Georgiadis, Judge at the Court of Appeal in Athens and temporarily seconded to the Special Legal Service within the Ministry of Justice of the Hellenic Republic.
