Judges Tatjana Vasić-Bozadžieva LLM and Fatmir Skender LLM, together with three advisers from the Constitutional Court, participated in a professional consultation organised by the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors, held within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation concluded between the two institutions.
The consultation was devoted to the topic “Judicial Protection in Enforcement Proceedings: Objections to Unlawful Actions, Postponement, and the Determination of Limits in Enforcement Against the Property of the Republic of North Macedonia, State Bodies and Public Institutions”, and was attended by judges and professional associates from the civil departments of courts across all appellate regions.
As part of the consultation, representatives of the Constitutional Court presented the reasoning underpinning the Court’s decision to initiate proceedings for the review of the constitutionality of Article 218 of the Law on Enforcement.
Representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Skopje Court of Appeal also shared their professional experiences and insights with participants through presentations related to the consultation topic, which was held on 12 March 2026.
This participation was carried out within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Constitutional Court and the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors, which provides for activities aimed at enhancing professional cooperation and the exchange of experience.
