The Delegation of the European Union in Skopje has expressed its support for the initiative of the Constitutional Court to broadcast its sessions live. In a message shared via its official Twitter profile, the EU Delegation addressed the public:
“A positive step for transparency in the Republic of North Macedonia. Citizens can now follow the sessions of the Constitutional Court online, in real time. Openness and public access to justice strengthen trust in institutions and in the rule of law,” the EU Delegation stated in its post.
As a reminder, for the first time in its history, the Constitutional Court has made a significant step towards full institutional openness. As of 4 March 2026, it introduced a major reform by enabling live streaming of its sessions on the Court’s official website.
