The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia as a self-proclaimed body of the Republic for the Protection of the Constitution and Legality, commenced its work on 15 February 1964. The position and competence were regulated by the Constitution, and the procedure and legal effect of its decisions were regulated by the Law on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia from 1963.

Submissions to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia are admitted every week day from 09.00 – 14.00h at the address “Kej Dimitar Vlahov” No.19, Skopje
