The Court Service carries out various activities of the Court. The Service is managed by Secretary General.
The Court Service consists of 20 civil servants out of which 9 have a rank of state advisors.
The Service provides expert-analytical, informational-documentary and administrative-technical assistance. Expert-analytical matters are focused on theoretical, comparative and empiric studies of certain issues (problem approach), informational-documentary matters are focused on collecting, classification and systematizing of expert materials (systematic approach) and administrative-technical matters are devoted to producing, registration, distribution and other things in connection to Court materials (formal approach).
While performing its work, the Service uses a computer net system for internal needs of the Court (constitutional case-law, constitutional case procedure) and the Internet for communication of the Court with other subjects.
