Aleksandar Lazov

.Born in Negotino, in 1978 and he is Macedonian by nationality. After graduating at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje (Department of Legal Studies), he worked as a trainee lawyer, and after passing the bar exam, as a lawyer associate. In 2006, he was employed in the Staff Service of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia as a civil servant with the title of junior associate, where, among other duties, he was secretary of the Standing Inquiry Commission for Protection of Human and Citizen Freedoms and Rights, and in October 2009 he was assigned to the Department. for Public Procurement. In March 2013 was elected Head of the Sector for General Analysis, Research and European Integration at the Parliamentary Institute of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. Since March 2015, is employed in the Staff Service of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia as a civil servant with the title of state advisor with work tasks performing expert-analytical work.

He was elected Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia on October 5, 2016.
This is his second term.
